This paper aims to identify difficulties teaching grammar for non-major English students at the practice stage at QuangBinh University. It also points out the reality of teaching and learning grammar at this stage and shares teachers have an insight into how the teachers use less-controlled techniques for practice activities. Moreover, the difficulties, solutions can be shown with the hope that the teachers will have a deeper understanding of the reasons that lead to difficulties and well as the solutions for students to learn grammar effectively
